The staff was very unfriendly, I have never experienced that kind of un-professionalism before. Can not recommend that place.

The general manager should have been a bit more pleasant, but he is okay.

It was smack in the city center.
The bed was awful! The man at the reception could use a smile once in a while. The breakfast was very poor for the money they charge.

the breakfast was very poor. also i didn't like plastic glasses that felt a bit cheap; also towels were smelling not fresh

Small hotel with very friendly personnel.
Rooms are heated with electric heaters of poor quality. Central heating works from time to time. I think it depends of amount of people in the hotel.

The proximity to the shopping district.
The codition of the hotel was not too good. The reception staff seem a bit hostile and seems to get easily agitated.

Indeed a very good position, Big & clean rooms, comfy beds.
Unreachable staff: we locked the keys inside the room at 10.30 PM and there was no-one that can help us. Anyway we slept in another room and we have not been charged, so it was positive. It feels (and smells) a bit like an hospice for old people...

the location is in the center of andorra, it is easy to find it after you get off the bus. It really near to the shopping mall.
the internet there is 1 euro per 15 minutes and the speed is like a snail...

Location is definitely biggest advantage of this hotel. Fairly close to bus station and streets with tax free shops. Acceptable value for it's money.
Wi-fi is available only on ground floor and is not free; computer that suppose to have inet didn't work; room doors have to replaced with new one's; breakfast - it's just a name, nothing to eat

Location is ok. The room was big.
The staff is extremely unfriendly. The bed in the room is awful - so soft that you sleep in an unnatural position and the next morning you back aches. Be sure to get confirmation for the parking! Because when we came they denied us a parking place and said that they have only one and it's reserved.

Close to shops. Near to caldea spa.
Old mattress that had deep hollow in middle. All night noise of bin emptiers, road cleaners and people arriving in middle of night pulling luggage on wheels.
